In fact, the required temperature and sterilization time are different due to the type, density, thermal conductivity, packaging method and volume of the sterilized items. If the item is large in size, high in density and poor in thermal conductivity, a relatively long sterilization time is required to ensure that the inside and outside of the item reach the set temperature. Generally speaking, it is necessary to make the temperature of the inner layer of the sterilized item reach 120°C or more; and for a period of time, it can really play a role in sterilization.
