The steam temperature of sterilization increases with the increase of steam pressure. By increasing the steam pressure, the sterilization time can be greatly shortened. The prerequisite for accurate sterilization in an autoclave is the complete discharge of air. 100% of the air needs to be replaced by high pressure steam sterilizers.
