1. Before each use of the pressure steam sterilizer, you must check the water level to see if there is enough water storage. If you find that the low water level alarm indicator light is on, you must check the water level immediately. After adding water, you should press the button. Make the heating operation return to normal, and the alarm indicator light will also disappear;

2. Pay special attention to whether the conductive column of the water level glass tube is in the middle of the water level glass tube. If it is tilted, the electric column in the water level glass tube will not work normally. Is there any scale accumulated on the column, because the scale will increase the resistance, so it should be removed immediately to avoid accidents;

3. When the steam is input into the sterilization chamber, the valve at the front end of the condensed water drain should be slowly opened, so that the condensed water drain can continuously discharge the air and condensed water in the sterilization chamber to ensure the sterilization effect;

4. The handle of the safety valve should be pulled 1-2 times a week to maintain its sensitivity;

5. Always check the electrical connectors to avoid loosening, causing overheating or failure;

6. The pressure steam sterilizer should be kept clean and dry. After use, it should be scrubbed clean to avoid corrosion, and the rotating parts should be lubricated in time.
