In order to ensure safe use, the power cord of the pressure steam sterilizer should be well grounded, placed in a suitable environment, ventilated and dry, and free of inflammable and explosive materials.

Do not disassemble the safety valve, the lead seal and the screw on the steam release valve.

Items stacked in the sterilizer should not exceed 4/5 of the volume, otherwise there will be potential safety hazards.

When stacking sterilized items, it should be ensured that enough space is left, so as not to block the air outlet of the safety valve and the steam release valve, so as to ensure the smooth flow of air and ensure safety.

Before use, check all circuits to confirm that the circuits are safe and normal; check the water volume in the pressure steam sterilizer water tank, and confirm that the water volume has not passed the spiral pipe.

Open the door to place the sterilized items, and close the closed door of the automatic high pressure steam sterilizer (note that the protruding iron sheet should press the travel switch when closing the door).

The liquid should be filled in a heat-resistant glass bottle for sterilization. The liquid should not exceed 3/4 of the bottle volume. It is not appropriate to use a punched rubber or cork stopper for the bottle mouth, but a cotton gauze stopper.

Do not put items of different types and different sterilization requirements together for sterilization.

After use, scrub the equipment cover and the sealing ring of the equipment to ensure that there is no oil and no dust.
