Daily use precautions

1. The sterilizer should be operated by trained and qualified personnel, and the entire sterilization process should be supervised by a special person.

2. The automatic water level protection cannot be completely relied upon, and the water level should always be paid attention to to avoid burning out the electric heating tube.

3. When adding water manually. The power supply should be cut off first, the vent valve 3 should be opened to relieve pressure, and then the water inlet valve should be opened to add water. Do not open the water inlet valve when the interlayer is under pressure, and the vent valve should be open when adding water.

4. When the sterilization chamber is under pressure, the interlock handle cannot be lifted, and the door cannot be forced.

5. The steam should be released slowly after sterilizing the liquid. The door can only be opened when the liquid temperature drops below 700C. The portable steam sterilizer is forbidden to open the door immediately after sterilization.
