② To create good conditions for the exclusion of cold air, pre-heat before starting the sterilization work every day, and load the sterilized items correctly.

③ To prevent overheating, pay attention to observe the temperature under saturated steam pressure during sterilization.

④ Overpressure operation is prohibited. Correctly understand the relationship between pressure and temperature, and pay attention to the constant situation of pressure and temperature during the operation of the sterilizer.

⑤ When the high pressure steam sterilizer is opened, there is no pressure in the cabinet, and the pressure is zero.

⑥ Deal with the problems of "running, running, dripping and leaking" in a timely manner, and take emergency measures and report any abnormal problems during operation in a timely manner.

⑦ The loading capacity of the articles shall not exceed 80% of the exhaust sterilizer and 90% of the pre-vacuum. At the same time, the loading of the pre-vacuum and pulse vacuum sterilizers is less than 10% and 5% of the cabinet volume, respectively, to prevent the effect of small loading.

⑧ The high pressure steam sterilizer, power and water valves should be turned off after the autoclave sterilizer works every day.
