3 Continue heating, the steam in the pressure steam sterilizer increases, and the pointer of the pressure gauge rises again. When the pressure in the pot increases to the required pressure, reduce the firepower, and keep the steam pressure at the required pressure for a certain period of time according to the characteristics of the sterilized items , then cut off the power or fire of the sterilizer, let it cool naturally, then slowly open the exhaust valve to get rid of the residual air, and then open the cover to take things.
