2. Loading capacity of dental autoclave sterilizer In order to facilitate the smooth circulation of steam in the sterilizer, the loading capacity of each time should be appropriate. It is generally recommended to leave a volume of 1/5N1/4, which is both economical and effective, especially for bagged culture materials, and a steam channel should be reserved so as not to affect the sterilization effect.

3. Exhaust heating, close the door of the sterilization pot, and start heating and heating. When the pressure in the pot reaches 0.04 MPa, the cold air in the pot needs to be exhausted, otherwise the pressure and temperature cannot rise synchronously, and the phenomenon of low temperature and high pressure will appear, which will affect the sterilization effect.
