The on-site calibration method is suitable for portable and vertical china high pressure steam sterilizers with small working volume and manual steam release valve. Usually, the china high pressure steam sterilizer will be equipped with a metal hose at the end of the steam release valve to facilitate the reasonable discharge of cold air. Therefore, it is only necessary to connect the metal hose with the pressure calibrator for verification reliably to ensure air tightness, that is, the pressure indicating instrument of the china high pressure steam sterilizer can be calibrated on-site according to the verification regulations.

Operation points:

The pressure resistance of the metal hose needs to be greater than or equal to 400kPa. If it cannot be achieved, it needs to be replaced with a pressure connection hose that meets the requirements. The pressure and air tightness of the calibration system should not exceed 0.1 kPa/min.

Calibration equipment:

The standard device is a digital pressure gauge (not lower than 0.2, the upper limit is not more than 500 kPa) or precision pressure gauge (not lower than 0.4, the upper limit depends on the pressure indicating instrument to be inspected), and the supporting equipment is gas pressure calibration (Stability better than 0.02% FS, working pressure greater than 600 kPa).
